Rentals are for a 4 day period. A cost of 15% per day will be charged on extended Rentals. If the rental is for two weeks or longer, a 50% per week extra charge will be allocated to the Rental fee. Special rates are available for customers that need a numerous amount of costumes over an extended period of time. These rates depend on the types of costumes and the amount of time they are needed. You can pick up your Rental a week before Halloween and keep it until after Halloween. There are a few exceptions – Mascots and licensed Superheroes and Villains which are available for the standard 4 day rental. Payment in full is due at the time of booking. Halloween Rentals cannot be reserved without payment. There are no refunds.
All costumes are dry-cleaned after each use and these costs are included in the rental fee.
A valid credit card is required as a security deposit on all Rentals. There are no exceptions. If you are unable to come in to the store and present your credit card in person, we require an emailed scan of the front and back of your card. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Any loss or damage to the Rental will be assessed and a repair or replacement fee will be charged.
A non-negotiable late fee of 15% of the cost per Rental, per day is applied to all Rentals returned after the date specified on the Rental agreement.
For phone or email orders we require specific measurements to ensure a proper fit:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to make an appointment to try on costumes?
Do I get a price break if I rent for only one day?
No. Many costumes need to be altered, and all costumes need to be dry-cleaned after use, which the rental fee covers. The price for a one-day rental is the same as for a four day or one-week rental.
Can I rent for longer than one week?
Yes you may. 15% per day is applied for up to a two-week period.
If I don’t use the costume, can I bring it back for a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds on costumes.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I give you a cash deposit?
No. Both the card and cardholder must be present when renting. Please plan ahead accordingly as there are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
Am I allowed to take pictures in your rental store?
Do you rent wigs or shoes?
Yes we do
Do you sell your rental stock?
No we do not
Will you make me a custom costume?
On occasion. If you are interested in having something made, please speak with our rental staff.
Do you have licensed characters?
No but we do have a stock of generic mascots .
Are all your pictures on the website?
No not all of them are on there as we continue to update our website with current costumes.
Do you rent for children?
No do not rent for kids.
I have costumes to sell. Would you be interested in buying them?

Can I pay for my order over the phone?
Yes you can, provided that we also receive a manual imprint of the front and back of the card. The email must have the card number, expiry date and verification code clearly visible, and be signed by the cardholder. O
Will you ship the costume to me?
We’re happy to delivery if it’s a local address in the GTA. We can offer one way or round trip delivery.
Do you rent to US/international customers?
No sorry we do not.
What happens if I can’t return the costume during store hours? Do you have a drop-box?
Due to the delicate nature and large size of many of our costumes (e.g. mascots), at the moment, we do not offer a drop box service. It does not have to be the renter returning the costume. You may send it with a friend, family member or courier. Many taxi companies or uber offers a delivery service for a small charge as well.
